On Thursday, 5: Flat Jogging 45 at 1 h among which PPG 10 + 5 straight lines
On Friday, 6: CFL + long PPG (45 at 1 h) + spe:
- 10 km: 4 - 5 x 2000 R = 1
- 21 km: 2 x 5000 R = 1 30
- Marathon and more: 4 - 5 x 5000 R = 2
On Saturday, 7: Rest
On Sunday, 8: Flexible Jogging 1 h 15 or Bike 2 h at 2 h 30
On Monday, 9: Rest or flexible Fouttin 30 - 45

Here is Roman's report:

Everything begins at 9 h with a departure to Holy Roman in the Gold mount under the sun with relaxed and smiling runners, no crush to go to position very close to the starting line in spite of the impatience of each to go to discover 3 courses (8, 21 and 36km).

At the end of the first straight line, small glance at home of the Chaos which made cast a lot of ink (blackwoman). Then, tone is given and they come back directly into the deep of subject, rise rigid and entered direct in the green on a track single rather technical with as music of ambience they will go all to paradise which will follow us on 2 km.
Continuation is the continuity of mounts Verdun, Thou and Cindre by all faces

This Trail des Cabornis sums up mind Trail well for me:

rises and technical descents (sometimes long as quasi uninterrupted descent of 21 in 28 ) with roots, stones, staircases, some crossings of low walls, of trunks of tree
No marking nor indication of km, what asks for a good management of effort and of self-knowledge
Not enough provisions, what imposes on each to manage at best its catch of drinks and energy food
Very clean course, no waste, of beakers thrown to the soil
Very nice landscapes with clear views (from time to time to raise the head this is good!)
And finally, make its running without caring too much about other runners, feeling was often reinforced by distances between the runners long portions

run alone.

In conclusion I will say that besides being a Trail true and nice, the running of Cabornis is also humanitarian since 2 are transferred to Doctor of the World.

In next year with even more particpants of ESL!

The chicks in UFRAPS

UFRAPS - competition kids athletics by team

On Sunday, March 4th, 2007, the chicks participated in a competition kids athletic, by team.

The team of ESL ends 5th on 11 (they were 10 by team:3 FRANCHEVILLE and 7 Ternay).

They participated in several tests in form of relay, of various parcous, of jump, of throwing of ball doctor and of Vortex.

There was Florian Youn s, Benjamin Soulier, Maxence Pical and his small brother Robin who participated in some tests in spite of sound more youth!

Bravo to all!

The spring comes and the campaign wakes up! It is time to unwind legs Here is a nice occasion to get some fresh air in the middle of a charming landscape and of a bucolic atmosphere.

75 % road and 25 % way. 2 courses: 10 or 21 km.
